What are the management company's obligations?

The management company binds itself to:

  1. maintain the structure of the building
  2. insure the building and grounds to include public liability
  3. maintain the outside of the building and communnal stairways as required
  4. clean and light the common parts of the building
  5. keep roadways, driveways, drying areas, bin store, parking spaces and gardens tidy and well-maintained.

The section relating to the management company's obligations and its powers to carry them out are contained in the Sixth and Ninth Schedules to the Lease.
